In early 1980s Alumax Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in Taiwan and specialized in providing the facilities and equipment for aluminium composite materials production, included the non-chromating Chemo-synthesis line, Coating line and Laminating line. About 80% of advanced aluminium composite production lines in China are manufactured by Alumax Taiwan. 

In 1999, Alumax Taiwan established Alumax Composite Material Co., Ltd. and manufacture the high-advanced and stable quality "Aluwell" brand aluminium composite panels in China. The production capacity is about 3 ~ 4 million square meter per year. The wild products range including aluminium composite panel with Polyester, High Performance Polyester, PVDF, Nano-PVDF coating, Fire Retardant panel for A2 and B1 grade, Aluminium Honeycomb panel, steel composite panel, anodized brush or mirror composite panel, wood or stone grain composite panel, coated aluminium coil, panels fabrications services, and etc.  

With 40 years experiences and technologies, Alumax has built the strong team for Research and Development, Production, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing to serve our customers. Being a professional global supplier in the construction, signage and decoration market, our brand name “Aluwell” has earned the confidence and high reputation from our world-wide customers.

Alumax is one the first companies in China to perform strictly according to the Quality Management system in all production processes. We have been successfully accredited for quality (ISO 9001), environmental protection (ISO 14001) and occupational safety (0HAS 18001), and also certified of CE, UL, and CTC authentication.  All panels are being produced according to the REACH and RoHS regulations, and have passed the ASTME84, EN13501, DIN4102, BS476, AS 1350 regulations by SGS, Intertek and TUV Sud laboratories.
